Presentation set on connector study

JOHNSTOWN -A Clifton Park engineering firm will give a public presentation next month on its evaluation of a proposed connector highway from Montgomery County to Fulton County.

A Fulton County Planning Department news release indicated MJ Engineering and Land Surveying will give the presentation at 6 p.m. Sept. 10 in the Theater Room of the Visual Arts and Communications Building at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

The release notes MJ Engineering was hired by county government to evaluate the feasibility of constructing and operating a new road that would connect state Thruway Exit 28 with Route 30A near the Johnstown Industrial Park.
