City man charged with contempt
GLOVERSVILLE-City police charged a Montgomery Street resident after he violated an order of protection against him.
Phillip Hollister, 54, of 17 Montgomery St. was charged with second-degree criminal contempt Tuesday after an incident at a neighboring home.
Police were called to 16 Montgomery St., where police say they received a report that Hollister was yelling obscenities at a person who has an active order of protection against him.
Hollister was processed and arraigned in city court, police said, and then sent to Fulton County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
