Ronda Julia Barclay, the daughter of Robert and Julia Barclay of Mayfield, was united in marriage to Robert William Jones of Gloversville, the son of the late George and Carolyn Jones, at 2 p.m. June 7.

The ceremony took place at the Adirondack Baptist Church, Gloversville. The Rev. John Brunetto officiated.

The bride was escorted by her parents.

The matron of honor was Rebecca Pettit of Johnstown. The bridal attendants were Terri Schumaker, Teresa MacPhail and Kirstin Barclay, all of Gloversville, and Brianna Pettit of Johnstown.

The organist was Gene Sutliff of Greece and the cellist was Tammy Sutliff of Pittsford, both in Monroe County. The best man was Lenny Jones of Gloversville.

The groomsmen were Randy Akey, Robert, Nick and Colin Barclay, all of Gloversville.

A reception for 200 guests took place at the Father Smith Center, Broadalbin.

A wedding trip took place in Lake Luzerne, Warren County. The couple resides in Mayfield.

The bride is a 1985 graduate of Gloversville High School; a 1990 graduate with an associate of applied science degree from Fulton-Montgomery Community College; and a 1998 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in community and human services from the State University of New York Empire State College. She is employed as a correspondence clerk in the health information department at Nathan Littauer Hospital.

The bridegroom is a 1979 graduate of Gloversville High School and works at Excel Corp., Johnstown.
