College budget public hearing set

JOHNSTOWN – The Fulton County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Fulton-Montgomery Community College’s proposed $19.7 million 2014-15 budget at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the County Office Building.

The hearing will be part of the board’s monthly meeting, which starts at 1 p.m. Later in the session, supervisors are expected to adopt the budget, which which calls for no increase in contributions from Fulton and Montgomery counties. Each county contributes about $1.4 million. The budget raises tuition by $50 per student for the next academic year.
