Party in Perk set for Saturday

FULTONVILLE – The Sixth Annual Acoustic Coffee House’s free Party in the Perk summer open-mic event will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the George P. Snyder Park at Union and Franklin streets.

An 8-by-8-foot stage on wheels will be provided by Howard and Wenda Bellinger from the County Line Rebels, a news release said.

There will be a piano on the premises.

This is a no-alcohol event. People are invited to come to the Fultonville park to sing or enjoy the music and free refreshments, the news release said. There will be a fenced-in children’s section at the park.

Pip Squeaks the Clown and face painter Deb Young will be at the event.

People are invited to bring a can of food or non-perishable food item for the food pantry, the news release said.

The Acoustic Coffee House is made possible by the Fultonville United Methodist Church.
