Holiday treated wrongly

I think Memorial Day is dedicated to the veterans who have given their lives for the country; it’s not a celebration, a time to blow sirens and celebrate as most parades do.

Based on the article in The Leader-Herald, it seems this was treated as a celebration: Think a little. Next thing you know, there will be fireworks that lives were sacrificed.

Seems a shame to me.
