HealthLink slates stress programs
JOHNSTOWN – HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announces a new program entitled “Stress & Positive Thinking” will be offered June 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and again from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the wellness center, 213 Harrison St. Ext.
“Learn about the relationship between stress and attitude, and what you can do to enhance yours,” Wendy Chirieleison, Littauer’s community health educator, said in a news release. “You’ll discover the power that positive thinking can have on your daily activities.”
These free programs are open to the general public. YMCA free or low cost childcare is available. To attend either session, call HealthLink Littauer at 736-1120.
