GLOVERSVILLE – Luke Mancini was 2-for-3 with a triple, two RBIs and two runs scored to lead Scotia-Glenville to a 9-1 win over Gloversville at Husky Field on Friday in a Foothills Council baseball game.

Lucas Terwilliger was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for the Tartans.

Brett Shrwowski pitched a complete-game two-hitter for Scotia-Glenville (10-2 Foothills), striking out eight and walking three.

Jordan Himpsl and Ben Chase each had singles for Gloversville (2-12 overall, 1-11 Foothills).

GLENS FALLS – Zack Parsons pitched a four-hitter to lead Queensbury to a Foothills Council win over South Glens Falls at East Field.

Parsons finished with 11 strikeouts on his way to the complete-game win.

Phil Wettersten and Eric Daley with each had RBI singles for Queensbury (13-2 overall, 12-0 Foothills).

Nolan Huntley had a two-run home run for South Glens Falls (6-10 overall, 4-8 Foothills), while Jacob Dubay had two singles.

Buck Anderson had a single and a double for Canajoharie (7-6 overall, 6-6 WAC), while Joe Winsman had two singles.

Austin Lair had two singles for Mayfield (3-12 overall, 3-10 WAC).

Alex Colby, Colden Glover, Luke VanNostrand and Riley Yager each had singles for Mayfield.

The Panthers are scheduled to travel to Johnstown today for a 9:15 a.m. non-league game.
