Parslow helps HVCC to sweep

TROY – The Hudson Valley Community College baseball team defeated SUNY Adirondack on Monday. The Vikings won game one, 6-3, and defeated the Timberwolves in game two, 5-0.

In the second game, Fonda-Fultonville graduate Charles Parslow pitched seven strong innings to earn the win on the mound for the Vikings, striking out 10 batters and allowing no earned runs.

HVCC (19-13 overall) is scheduled to travel to Herkimer County Community College today for a 2 p.m. doubleheader.
