FONDA – A Tribes Hill man has been arrested and charged with raping a child.

The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Fonda announced Friday the arrest of David A. Andrews, 61, of Tribes Hill.

Andrews was charged with first degree rape, first degree criminal sexual act, first degree sexual conduct against a child, predatory sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The charge of endangering the welfare of a child is a misdemeanor. All of the other charges are felonies.
