Marian Rowe, the daughter of Mark Rowe of Gloversville and Lorraine Emond of Plattsburgh, Clinton County, was united in marriage to Zachary Eck, the son of Kathleen and Walter William Eck Jr. of Slingerlands, Albany County, at 4 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2013.
The ceremony took place at The Edison Club, Rexford, Saratoga County. The Rev. William Rowe Jr. officiated.
The bride was escorted by her father.
The matron of honor was Amanda Mason of Glens Falls, Warren County. The bridal attendants were Felicia and Francine Battiste, both of Hudson Falls, Washington County; Elizabeth Knezovich of Gansevoort, Saratoga County; Stephani Becerra of White Plains, Westchester County; and Sarah Eck of Middleburgh, Schoharie County.
The best man was Clifford Eck of Burnt Hills, Saratoga County. The groomsmen were Walter William Eck III of Albany; Steven Rowe of Gloversville; Christopher Ludlow of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County; Thomas Santosuosso of Carmel, Putnam County; and Eric Nabozny of Boston, Mass.
A reception for 110 guests took place at The Edison Club.
A wedding trip took place in the Dominican Republic. The couple resides in Scotia.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Gloversville High School and a 2009 graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She is employed as an assistant program director at Mohawk Opportunities Inc., Schenectady.
The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Bethlehem High School and a 2010 graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh. He is employed as a security police officer at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Niskayuna, Schenectady County.
