Girls Basketball Roundup: Wells posts first win

WELLS – Erika Foster finished with 11 points to lead Wells to its first win of the season, 37-26, over Johnsburg on Tuesday in a Northern Basketball League contest.

The Lady Indians outscored Johnsburg 12-5 in the final quarter to seal the victory.

Chelsea Kennedy scored eight points and grabbed 13 rebounds for Wells (1-12 overall, 1-12 NBL), while Sarah Darling had five points, seven rebounds and six steals. Chelsea Simons added seven points, five rebounds and five steals for the Lady Indians.

Paige Guy scored 11 points to lead Johnsburg.
