Boys Basketball Roundup: Patriots pick up seventh win in eight games

BROADALBIN – Andre Taylor finished with 18 points, leading Broadalbin-Perth to a 54-42 win over Glens Falls in a Foothills Council boys basketball game Friday at Broadalbin-Perth High School.

The Patriots led 39-35 after three quarters before outscoring the Indians 15-7 in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

It was the seventh win in eight games for Broadalbin-Perth (10-5 overall, 7-4 Foothills).

Robbie VanBrocklin scored 12 points for the Patriots on four 3-pointers, while Chris Natoli finished with nine points.

Alex Wright scored 12 points to lead Glens Falls (4-11 overall, 3-8 Foothills), while Jordan Green added 10.

Broadalbin-Perth is scheduled to travel to Johnstown on Tuesday for a 7:30 p.m. contest.
