JOHNSTOWN – Morgan Ruggeri rolled a 246-696 to lead Johnstown to a 4-0 win over Queensbury in a Foothills Council bowling match Wednesday at Perry Lanes.

Ben Empie posted a 254-696 for the Sir Bills, while Jay Hadcock added a 250-689. Jimmy Marshall added a 256-668 for Johnstown (57-7 overall, 49-7 Foothills) and Hunter Maher posted a 602.

Marc Lambert rolled a 232-595 to lead Queensbury, while Drue Whaley posted a 209-594. Mark Schweigardt added a 208-566 for the Spartans.

Johnstown finished with a 3,847-3,177 advantage in total pins.

Hudson Falls 4, Gloversville 0

GLOVERSVILLE Kobey Boyer finished with a 278-690, leading Hudson Falls to a sweep of Gloversville in a Foothills Council match at Arterial Lanes.

Scott Bennett rolled a 248-690 for the Tigers, while Lucas Keyser added a 242-622.

Tim Hoose paced Gloversville with a 232-593, while Seth Weeden had a 205-589. Nick Ferrara added a 192-545.
