Three charged in JHS?incident

JOHNSTOWN – Three city residents were charged by city police at 3:20 p.m. Thursday after a trespassing incident at Johnstown High School in which security cameras were broken and suspects allegedly were on the school roof.

Police said Richard J. Dingman, 23, of 3 W. Fulton St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespass.

He trespassed at the school at 1 Sir Bill Circle and broke security cameras posted at the school, police said.

Police also said Michael S. Dingman, 19, of 3 W. Fulton St., and William C. Stewart, 20, of 25 Yost St., were charged by Johnstown police at 3:20 p.m. Thursday with trespass.

Police said they trespassed on the JHS grounds, and on the roof of the school.

The suspects will appear later in City Court.
