Amanda Rejeana Fosmire, daughter of Ellie and Clayton Fosmire of Ephratah, was united in marriage to Michael Paul Corbett, son of Mary and Dennis Corbett of Winthrop, Mass., at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at the Flag Hill Winery of Lee, N.H. The location enhanced the speakeasy theme of the wedding, which included 1920s-style dress by both the wedding party and the guests.
The bride was escorted by her father. Guests attended from as far away as London, Scotland, Ireland, Alaska, California, Washington State, North Carolina, Arizona and Florida.
The matron of honor was Joy Lamberton Arcolano of Watertown, Mass. The maid of honor was Valerie Fosmire, sister of the bride, of Ephratah. Bridal attendants were Shanan Haggerty Brissett of Rhode Island, Nicole Luna of Boston and Jolene Saltsman Morris of East Greenbush, N.Y.
The best man was Mike Watson of Winthrop, Mass. Ushers included Dennis Corbett of Massachusetts, John Corbett of Arizona, Jeremy Graef of New York and Steve Couture of Florida.
Ringbearers were Maxwell Edison Arcolano of Watertown, Mass., and Emmitt Alexander Fosmire of Gloversville.
Readings were provided by Kathleen Corbett, sister the groom, and Jesse Fosmire, brother of the bride. A reception was held for 130 guests at Flag Hill Winery.
The couple honeymooned in the Greek isles.
Fosmire has earned a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and theater from Russell Sage College and a master of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix. She is employed as a senior instructional designer at CA Technologies.
Corbett has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytech Institute. He is employed by Joule Unlimited Technologies as a process development engineer.
