Frontier recognized as top producer

Frontier Communications Corporation recently was recognized by Mitel, a cloud and premises-based unified communications software solutions company.

Mitel in a news release said Fronteir is its top revenue-generating partner in the U.S. for the 2013 fiscal year ending April 30.

Frontier is a provider locally.

The award was announced during a gala event in June during Mitel’s annual Americas Business Partner Conference in Hollywood, Fla., a news release said.

“Frontier has done a superb job of harnessing Mitel’s unique value proposition to drive orders and revenue and leveraging the power and flexibility of our single stream software premise and cloud solutions. Together we are satisfying customers and growing and that’s a winning relationship for all involved,” said Mitel’s Executive Vice President for the Americas Joe Vitalone in a news release. “The facts speak for themselves. For the past four years, Mitel sales through Frontier have enjoyed triple-digit annual growth rates.”

A Mitel-authorized Partner for the past 24 years, Frontier provides Mitel solutions to business customers throughout its markets in 27 states, according to the release.

In 2010, Frontier Communications standardized its business customers on Mitel’s voice and unified communications solutions and has been a Top 10 Mitel Partner for the past three years.

“The partnership between Mitel and Frontier is beneficial for our organizations but more importantly, for our customers and end-users,” said Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales for Frontier Stephen LeVan in a news release. “This award is a reflection of the value Mitel delivers to Frontier that we in turn deliver to our customers.”

Frontier has installed and supported the Mitel cloud-based and premise-based solutions for public and private universities, hospitals, municipalities, and multi-sized businesses.
