Man touched girls, city police say
JOHNSTOWN – City police said a city man was charged Tuesday with six counts related to the forcible touching of three young girls.
Robert F. Komornik, 65, of 3 Spring St., was charged with three counts of forcible touching and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
On multiple occasions between April 24 and May 8, police said, Komornik forcibly touched three girls ages 5, 7 and 9.
A fourth victim has come forward since Komornik’s arrest, police said. However, police didn’t indicate what additional charges Komornik may face.
He was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond pending action in City Court.
