Police: Man found with stolen vehicle

GLOVERSVILLE-A city man was arrested Tuesday by police after he was found driving a vehicle down Fourth Avenue that wasn’t his, police said.

Joshua C. Mansmith, 38, of 10 Fourth Ave., was arrested by city police and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Police said he was arrested following a complaint of a burglary in progress where officers found Mansmith driving a Jeep Liberty that did not belong to him.

He was processed and arraigned by City Court Judge Traci DiMezza and sent to the Fulton County Correctional Facility.
