Kathleen Kelly, daughter of Kenneth and Clare Kelly of Medford, N.Y., was united in marriage to Andrew Lawlor, son of Michael and Kelly Lawlor of Gloversville, on March 31, 2012.
The ceremony took place at St. Sylvester’s Church in Medford and was officiated by Deacon Frank Rivera.
The bride was escorted by her father.
The maids of honor were Evelyn Kelly and Meaghan Kelly both of Medford, sisters of the bride. The bridesmaids were: Caitlin Lawlor of Gloversville, sister of the groom; and Theresa Wood of Massapequa, Kelly Geyer of North Babylon, and Tara Bergin of North Babylon, all cousins of the bride.
The best men were Joseph Lawlor, brother of the groom, and David Parry, friend of the groom, both of Gloversville. The groomsmen were Zachary Kelly of Medford, brother of the bride; Joseph Tychostup, Stephen Tychostup and Christian Tychostup, friends of the groom all of Mayfield.
A reception for 165 guests took place at the Timber Point Country Club in Great River, N.Y.
A honeymoon trip was taken to Negril, Jamaica. The couple resides in Medford.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Patchogue-Medford High School and a 2009 graduate of State University of New York at Cortland. She is currently employed as a teacher and a soccer and basketball coach at Smithtown Central School District.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Gloversville High School and a 2009 graduate of State University of New York at Cortland. He is employed as a financial adviser at J.P. Morgan Chase on Long Island.
