Johnstown library hosting events

JOHNSTOWN – The Johnstown Public Library will host a slate of children’s events this week.

Children will be able to play with thousands of Legos today from 1 to 3 p.m. and Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The library hosts its first movie night Tuesday at 6 p.m., featuring popcorn and drinks. Unsupervised children younger than age 8 will not be admitted, a news release said.

There will be springtime crafts for all ages on Thursday, from 2 to 3 p.m.

Children will get to play Nintendo Wii games, which the library will provide, from 10:30 a.m. to noon Friday.

All of the events are free and do not require preregistration.
