In his early years Graham was active with Midget & Little League in Dolgeville, serving as coach of the Indians for many years. He also was an avid sportsman and played basketball with the town team and fast pitch softball for the Stratford Volunteer Fire Dept. Graham also enjoyed dancing and listening to country music.
