FONDA – Two three-year terms are up for election on the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District Board of Education.

Anyone interested in running must pick up a petition at the district office, have it signed by at least 25 voters of the district, and file it by 5 p.m. April 22, according to a news release.

The candidates must be qualified voters of the district and must have lived in the district for at least one year prior to the election, the release said.

The seats, presently occupied by Linda Wszolek and Matt Sullivan, become vacant as of June 30, the news release said.

The election will take place from noon to 9 p.m. May 31, in the auditorium lobby.
