Police charge incarcerated man

GLOVERSVILLE- City police said officers charged a man who was already incarcerated at the Clinton Correctional Facility on Friday.

Hassan J. Wilson, 23, formerly of 170 Tapscott St., Brooklyn, was charged by city police with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies.

Detective Mike Calbet said Wilson was found to be in possession of 1.1 grams of crack cocaine when he sold the drug to an undercover cop in the city last year.

He was arraigned in front of Fulton County Court Judge Polly Hoye and sent back to jail with no bail, police said.
